Enzziro ("we", "our", "us") collects and uses data only to provide the service. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Google account information (name, email, profile) via OAuth when you connect your Google Workspace account.
• Gmail message metadata and content needed to act on your behalf — drafting, sending, and tracking communications.
• Google Calendar events to understand your schedule and surface what needs attention.
• Content from connected tools and integrations you authorize — such as documents, tasks, or transcripts — to give Enzziro context about how your company operates.
• Activity and status data generated as Enzziro runs — commitments made, actions taken, items completed — stored so the brain can operate across time.
• Account information you provide directly (waitlist email, phone, company description).

How we use your data

• To operate Enzziro on your behalf — tracking commitments, taking actions, surfacing what needs your attention, and building your team's dashboard around how you actually work.
• To improve reliability and detect errors in our service for your account.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data to train AI models, our own or anyone else's.

How we store and protect your data

• Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and encrypted at rest.
• Cross-workspace isolation is enforced at the database level so no other Enzziro user can access your data.
• OAuth tokens are encrypted with per-user keys you can rotate at any time.
• Every action our agents take on your account is recorded in an immutable audit log you can review.

Google API data

Enzziro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the minimum scopes necessary to operate the service: read your calendar, draft and send email on your behalf.

Your choices

• You can disconnect Google access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
• You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing the address below.
• You can move any Enzziro agent from automatic to manual approval in one click inside the product.
